It’s my pleasure to tell that at Binus’ School of Business Management we believe that business must be managed by design. Time has shown that outcomes of a running business can be maximized by quality planning, organizing, actuating and controlling, which all are management functions.
The National Accreditation Body (BAN-PT) awarded us with “A” Accreditation, we are also awarded as Top Ten Best School of Management by a leading national business magazine MIX Magazine three years consecutively and the latest in 2012 we were ranked number one among private universities awarded. Since 2011 Binus’ School of Business Management has recognized as a member of The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) which is an organization to accredit schools of business worldwide. We are also member of Entrepreneurship Education Network, a network formed by UNESCO-APEID.
At Binus’ School of Business Management we prepare the curriculum as a blended result of inputs from international academicians to fulfill academic and pedagogical requirements, global industry practitioners to fit with the industrial requirements, and also consider the national related regulations and requirements.
The faculty of School of Business Management comprises of qualified academicians who fulfill national regulation requirements and also business practitioners. Each and every faculty member along with giving lecture to students also publishes scientific papers, contributes his/her expertise in serving communities/companies, and also has to update his/her knowledge and skill by joining and attending selected workshop, seminar, or training. Books written by faculty members have been published and utilized by higher education institutions.
The students of School of Business Management are encouraged to perform well both in study and extracurricular activities. We provide students with quality learning experience that enable them not only can enjoy study and extracurricular activities, but also give them opportunities to serve and care for the communities. Students have participated in competitions and have won awards both national and international levels, there are also more than fifty student organizations formed to facilitate students in implementing their interests, hobbies and ambitions.
Internationalization programs that have been prepared and carried out so far are student exchange, study abroad, international guest lecturer, international study tour, international short courses, international internship, and conducting international conferences with call for papers.
