Culture can be different in many countries. Culture in one country based norms based on values, attitudes, and beliefs of their citizen. Culture also can be based on nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, work organization, profession, age, political party membership, income level, and other factor.
The culture in Asia and India absolutely different. Cultures are transmitted from generation to generation through learning. Culture for all family members in India is socialized to accept the authority of those above them in the hierarchy. The eldest male acts as family head, and his wife supervises her daughters-in-law, among whom the youngest has the least authority. Family loyalty is a deeply held ideal, and family unity is emphasized, especially in distinction to those outside the kinship circle.The broader notion of family – a kin group or clan involving several households and cousins on the father’s side.
While the family culture in Asia, is more tend to be highly group-oriented people who place a strong emphasis on family connection as the major source of identity and protection against the hardships of life. The family model is an extended one including immediate family and relatives, and loyalty to the family is expected.
