Coping with the complexity while solving on your problem sometimes trapped you in a “no progress” zone. In this case, you need to get unstuck! The process to unstuck needs you to find your partner or supervisor to share your problem. You need to remember that sometimes, our own point of views which block us to solve the problem both clear and correctly. In this phase, you may found out abundance of connection you never saw before you share or talk about your problem to your partner or supervisor.
While the analyzing process are continues, you as the decision maker need to decide your path immediately. Why? because you need to know when to quit your analysis process. Even if we have more time span to do the analysis process, these time spans are fragile to trapped you into the “procrastinating zone” and stumbled you down into the “no progress” zone back at a time. In this phase, you need to accept the good as well as the bad risk of your alternatives.
On the other hands, if you need to face problems which are out of your expertise it is recommended to seek advises from others. In this case, you need to use your advisors wisely and combine all the advises and decide!
In summary, when you need to make a decision you are also need to establish your basic decision-making principles. You may learn to do this by making a reasonably thoughtful decision on your everyday choices. Thus, when you start your decision making principles as a routine it will be easier for you to apply it into your working life and into a more serious matter. Another point to be noted also you need to tune up your decision-making style. Tuning up decision making styles means evaluating and improving how do you decide on your alternatives of choices. And the last but not least, you need to understand that it is YOU who make the decision. Thus, you need to take fully charged on your decision!
